About

I’m Paul-Henri Leobon, a CTO and software engineer based in Paris. My work focuses on designing and operating reliable systems, from backend architecture to infrastructure, data pipelines, automation and team leadership.

I started my career at TF1’s Digital Factory, where I contributed to a large-scale tracking and affiliation platform and helped improve engineering practices across the organization. I later became CTO of an Ad-Tech startup, leading the development of the product, the infrastructure, and the technical roadmap.

I enjoy working across the whole lifecycle of a system: architecture, development, deployment, and operations. Everything I build runs in production on infrastructure I design for the task. May it be AWS ec2, containerized environments, or serverless functions.

My recent work explores AI-driven automation, content systems, and programmatic video generation. This blog is where I document the things I build, the problems I encounter, and what I learn along the way.
